Data Privacy Policy

 

This data privacy policy explains the handling of customer’s data related to the usage of OA+ App, that is available on the Google Workspace Marketplace. 

 

Purpose

I. OA+ App will collect data only for the purpose of providing you the services and address your service requests. 

 

Where your Data is managed

II. Your data is wholly managed on Google Cloud Platform and is protected by Google’s industry-leading cloud security.

 

III. When you are using OA+ App, all your files and data will be stored on your own Google Drive and we will not have access to any of it. 

We will collect, store and process your email addresses, to manage your access to the total number of Office Action and PTO-892 PDFs processed as per your subscription. 

 

IV. All data we collect and process on your behalf resides on Google Drive.

 

What Data will be collected

V. We will collect, store and process your email addresses if you use OA+ App. If you install OA+ as an organization, we will collect, store and process the account details of your administrator(s) and your assigned users who have the right to use OA+ App. In each case we will use your data solely to enable you to use OA+ and, where you give us permission, to stay in touch.

 

Access to information generated from customer’s usage

VI. When you use OA+ with your Google account, all the content and data your upload and generate using OA+ (your templates, patent documents etc.) stay with you in your Google Drive. We do not have access to it, unless you give us access for support queries or share your screen to let us know about the issues.

 

Payment Information 

VII. We may use PayPal or any other online payment provider to collect payment from you for a premium subscription of processing an unlimited number of Office Action PDFs or PTO-892 PDFs. We use Google apps (Docs, Slides, Sheets) to keep track of free trial and premium subscription customers including the number of PDFs processed by our customers. We will use your email address and number of documents processed information solely for the purpose of providing your services and subscription. We do not provide customers’ information to anyone outside our company. 

 

Authorisation 

VIII. Before starting the use of OA+ App, you will be required to authorize OA+ App with your Google Account through Google Consent Screen. This is a mandatory procedure before starting to use OA+ App available on Google Workspace Marketplace. This does not give us any access to your login credentials, date or any content hosted on your Google Account. 

 

IX. You can remove OA+ App from your Google Account at any time by going to the Security section of your Google Account or directly to Security Checkup.
